A new holiday season experience has landed at Dubai Mall, and it's on until 5 January. Arriving straight from the UK, The Grotto opens its doors on 6 December, running daily from 10am until midnight, making festive dreams come true.

The immersive experience will take you on a whimsical journey through Candy Cane Land and the Enchanted Forest, where kids will get to visit Santa’s Merry Mailroom and meet his cheerful elves along the way. Families can draft and deliver their very own letter to Santa, then head to his cabin to make some memories.
